How do I customize a posted product?
- Email knottybeaderboutique@gmail.com. Let me know what product you are interested in customizing and we will discuss what can be done. All customizations unless it increases the size of the product will be changed at no additional cost. Cost of item will be as priced online plus any shipping or fees.
Can I order a custom product?
- Yes you sure can. Email me at knottybeaderboutique@gmail.com and let me know what you are interested in me creating for you and I will do everything I can to make it for you. Email reference photos if you have any and I will email you back design ideas and prices before making any products. Will not ship before payment has been made.
How long do custom item's take?
- Beaded custom items such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, sets etc. could take 2-3 days before shipping. That is once an order is placed and paid for. Communication to make the product could take longer.
- Resin custom items will take 7-14 days depending on size and cure time of the resin. Big items such as coaster sets, cuff bracelets etc. could take 14-24 days to cure and ship. Curing must be done before shipping to make sure the product stays as bought during the shipping process.
- Acrylic Paintings could take 7-14 days depending on changes.
What if my product is damaged in the mail?
- Email knottybeaderboutique@gmail.com with a photo of broken item or items and order number. I will remake all broken items and reship them at no additional cost. Without a email and photo of broken items and order number, no remakes will be made. 30 days after receiving items for all remakes of broken items.
